Cindy Auchincloss

Clinic Director

Licensed Physiotherapist,

British Columbia

Cindy is a Registered Physiotherapist and a graduate of Queen’s University School of Rehabilitation Therapy with over 18 years experience in the area of pelvic health. She owns and operates Kingston Pelvic Health providing a full range of pelvic health services.  Cindy is knowledgeable and provides compassionate physiotherapy care for men, women, and children who want to optimize pelvic wellness. Cindy is passionate about promoting awareness about pelvic health as well as sharing her knowledge and experience by mentoring other women's health practitioners. In the fall of 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Cindy moved to British Columbia. She continues to provide mentoring and support to the therapists at Kingston Pelvic Health and hopes to open a western version of KPH in the near future.

Cindy dedicates time and energy to promote pelvic health and wellness in the community and to advance treatment options for those with pelvic floor dysfunction through her participation in pelvic health research. She volunteered on the executive of the Women’s Health Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association for ten years, resigning in 2018 to spend more time volunteering in the Kingston community. Cindy's research has been presented at both national and international conferences and she has a number of articles published in peer-reviewed journals. Cindy's research has focused on pelvic floor muscle activation in women with and without pelvic floor dysfunction.
