Physiotherapy initial assessment: To make sure your first physiotherapy appointment is matched with the right practitioner and enough time, we book these personally. Direct billing available

We offer direct billing to most extended health insurance plans, and our administrative team is happy to help you navigate your coverage. If you're unsure whether your plan covers a service, bring your policy details to your first visit — or ask during your free phone consultation.

What to expect

Your first appointment begins with a conversation about your health history, your concerns, and your goals. Assessment and treatment always proceed at your pace — we explain each step, and nothing happens without your consent. For pelvic health physiotherapy, internal examination is one assessment option among several; it is never required, and your comfort guides every decision.

Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide 48 hours notice as this allows us time to offer your timeslot to another patient or individuals on our waitlist. Cancellations within 24 hours or less, or no-shows, may be subject to a cancellation fee up to the cost of the appointment.

Street parking is available nearby on Ontario Street, Earl Street, William Street, and King Street; please allow a few extra minutes to park before your appointment.

Our clinic is located at street level in a heritage building. If you have accessibility needs or questions, please call ahead and we'll make sure your visit goes smoothly.
